Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4-1 cup warm water
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add olive oil and stir until well combined. Put 1 tbsp. of water in at a time until dough can be gathered into a ball. Add more water if needed. Let stand 15 minutes. Divide into 10-12 small balls. Roll out into circles on a floured surface. Cook in an ungreased skillet over medium-high heat. 30 seconds per side.
